Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Tourniq, including all related mobile applications, communication systems, administrative interfaces, infrastructure components, and future ecosystem services. Tourniq is intended for professional use within the live entertainment and touring industry. By using Tourniq, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Platform Nature
Tourniq is an operational coordination platform and professional collaboration environment designed for artists, musicians, production teams, technical crew, management personnel, and live event organizations. Tourniq is not responsible for concert execution, contractual disputes, financial disagreements, transportation arrangements, accommodation quality, artist behavior, promoter conduct, or third-party operational failures. Users remain solely responsible for their professional relationships and real-world activities.
Live Location Sharing
Tourniq offers an optional real-time service-tracking feature. When a user chooses to start a journey or volunteer as a location sharer, their device's live location is shared with authorized team members and assigned passengers for the duration of that journey, including (with the user's permission) while the app is in the background. Sharing is always user-initiated and can be stopped at any time. Tourniq provides this feature for coordination convenience only and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of location data, nor for any reliance placed upon it.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
- Not upload unlawful or harmful material
- Not abuse messaging systems or harass others
- Not distribute unauthorized confidential documents
- Not interfere with platform operations or security
Professional Conduct
Tourniq is intended for professional industry collaboration. Users must maintain respectful communication standards in chats, invitations, operational discussions, scheduling coordination, and networking interactions. Abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or malicious behavior may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Team Ownership & Access
Team owners and authorized administrators are responsible for managing access permissions, removing unauthorized participants, protecting operational confidentiality, and maintaining internal team integrity. Tourniq is not liable for damages arising from improperly managed team access.
User Generated Content
Users retain ownership of their uploaded materials. By uploading content to Tourniq, users grant Tourniq a limited operational license necessary to store, process, display, transmit, and secure the content within platform functionality. Users warrant that they possess all necessary rights for uploaded materials.
Suspension & Termination
Tourniq may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, illegal activity, security risks, or severe policy violations. Tourniq reserves discretionary authority regarding platform safety decisions.
Limitation of Liability
Tourniq is provided 'as is' without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or operational perfection. Tourniq shall not be liable for lost income, canceled events, operational delays, communication failures, travel disruptions, data loss, or indirect damages.
Future Networking Services
Future Tourniq Connect features may introduce public-facing professional visibility, discoverability systems, collaboration requests, recommendation systems, and networking opportunities. Tourniq reserves the right to establish additional participation rules for such services.
