Professional Environment

Tourniq is intended to support professional collaboration within the live entertainment industry. Users are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation
  • Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
  • Impersonation of artists, managers, or crew members
  • Malicious misinformation or exploitative behavior
  • Spam invitations or unsolicited promotional abuse
  • Unauthorized distribution of confidential operational materials

Industry-Specific Misconduct

  • Falsely claiming artist affiliation or identity
  • Leaking backstage information or private setlists
  • Distributing confidential rider information without authorization
  • Unauthorized sharing of accommodation or travel data
  • Impersonating management personnel
  • Abusing access to operational schedules
  • Distributing internal tour logistics externally

Reporting Violations

Users may report violations through in-app reporting systems, or by contacting support@tourniq.app or safety@tourniq.app. Tourniq may investigate reports at its discretion.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Tourniq reserves the right to take action proportional to the severity and frequency of violations.
