Tourniq may only be used for lawful and professionally appropriate purposes within the live entertainment industry. All usage must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.
Prohibited Technical Activities
- Scraping or automated data harvesting
- Reverse engineering platform systems
- Automating abusive or spam behavior
- Harvesting user contact information
- Bypassing security restrictions or access controls
- Interfering with infrastructure operations
- Using the platform for denial-of-service attacks
Prohibited Professional Conduct
- Creating fake artist or management profiles
- Misrepresenting professional affiliations or credentials
- Using the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation
- Distributing malware or harmful files through chat or documents
- Attempting to access other users' private data without authorization
Networking Restrictions
Future Tourniq Connect systems may prohibit mass unsolicited outreach, fake job postings, deceptive collaboration requests, fraudulent casting activity, or exploitative recruitment practices.
Consequences
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to Tourniq, without prior notice in severe cases.

Suspected policy violations may be reported to safety@tourniq.app or support@tourniq.app.
