Tourniq is a professional tour, concert, and artist operations platform designed for musicians, artists, tour managers, technical crew members, production teams, management professionals, and related collaborators operating within the live entertainment industry. This Privacy Policy explains how Tourniq collects, processes, stores, shares, secures, and manages personal information and operational data across the Tourniq mobile application, related infrastructure, administrative systems, and communication services. By accessing or using Tourniq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described within this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
When creating an account, users may provide full name, username, email address, phone number, profile photograph, biography, professional role, experience details, country and city information, social media handles, and team affiliation information. Certain users may additionally provide artist-specific or management-specific profile details for professional visibility purposes.

- Concert schedules and tour itineraries

- Setlists and technical rider information

Private & Sensitive Information
Users may voluntarily provide additional private information including emergency contact details, medical condition information, allergy information, blood type, dietary preferences, vehicle plate information, visa information, frequent flyer membership information, government identification numbers, banking or IBAN details, and accommodation information. Tourniq treats such information with elevated security restrictions and applies access controls intended to limit visibility to authorized parties only.

Location Information
- When a user acts as a driver, designated transportation provider, or volunteer location sharer for a concert service, Tourniq collects that user's precise real-time geographic (GPS) location in order to display the vehicle's live position to authorized team members and assigned passengers.
- Location sharing is started only by explicit user action (starting a journey or volunteering to share) and can be stopped by the user at any time.
- With the user's permission, location may be collected while the application is in the background or the device is locked, so that live tracking continues for the duration of an active journey. iOS shows a system indicator while background location is in use.
- Live location is visible only to authorized participants of the relevant concert and transportation plan (team members and assigned pickup-stop passengers). Tourniq does not use location data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
- Real-time location records are retained only for the duration of an active journey and are removed when the journey ends.
Device & Technical Information
Tourniq may automatically collect technical information including device type, operating system version, app version, push notification tokens (including Live Activity push tokens used to display real-time concert-day and service status on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island), diagnostic logs, crash reports, network metadata, performance analytics, and session activity. This is used for platform reliability, security monitoring, and technical troubleshooting.

Data Storage & Infrastructure
Tourniq uses modern cloud infrastructure providers including Supabase, Cloudflare, Expo, Resend, Apple, and Google infrastructure services. Data may be processed or stored in multiple geographic regions depending on infrastructure architecture and provider availability.

Data Sharing
Tourniq does not sell personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Certain information may be visible to team members, authorized managers, concert organizers, or verified operational participants — including a driver's live location, which is shown to authorized team members and assigned passengers only while a journey is active. Users are responsible for exercising caution when sharing information within collaborative environments.
Data Retention
Tourniq may retain information as long as accounts remain active, for operational continuity, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business interests. Real-time location data is an exception and is retained only during an active journey, after which it is removed. Deleted accounts may undergo delayed deletion procedures to maintain infrastructure integrity and security auditing requirements.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, data portability requests, objection rights, or consent withdrawal rights. Requests may be submitted to privacy@tourniq.app, support@tourniq.app, or info@tourniq.app.
Children
Tourniq is not intended for children under the age of 16 unless explicitly authorized through professional or educational organizational structures.
