Tourniq platform status and infrastructure information.

Current Status

All Tourniq services are operational. Real-time status updates will be published here as the platform scales.

Planned Maintenance

Tourniq may periodically experience scheduled maintenance windows. We aim to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours and will notify users in advance when possible.

Infrastructure Dependencies

• Supabase (database, authentication, realtime, storage)
• Cloudflare (document storage and CDN)
• Expo (mobile application delivery)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Apple Push Notification Service (iOS notifications)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android notifications)

Incident Communication

In the event of a significant service disruption, Tourniq will communicate updates through the app and via info@tourniq.app for registered users. Temporary service interruptions outside Tourniq's direct control may occasionally occur due to third-party provider issues.
