Account Deletion

In-App Deletion

Tourniq account deletion is handled directly within the mobile application. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile and all public profile information
  • Access to all teams and team memberships
  • Chat history and communication access
  • Uploaded documents, files, and media
  • Notification preferences and device tokens

Data Retention After Deletion

Certain records may be temporarily retained for fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or infrastructure integrity purposes. This retention period is typically no longer than 90 days.

Team Data

Deleting your account does not delete team data created by or shared within your teams. Concert records, schedules, and operational data associated with teams may remain accessible to other team members.

Banned Identifiers

If your account was previously suspended for policy violations, certain identifiers may be retained to prevent re-registration and protect other users.

Need Help?

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, contact support@tourniq.app. Include your registered email address and we will process the deletion manually.
