Tourniq platform status and infrastructure information.

Current Status

This page is informational, not a live service monitor. It does not verify that all services are currently operational. If something is not working, contact support with the time, app version and affected feature.

Planned Maintenance

Tourniq may periodically experience scheduled maintenance windows. We aim to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours and will notify users in advance when possible.

Infrastructure Dependencies

• Supabase (database, authentication, realtime, storage)
• Cloudflare (document storage and CDN)
• Expo (mobile application delivery)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Apple Push Notification Service (iOS notifications)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android notifications)

Incident Communication

In the event of a significant service disruption, Tourniq will communicate updates through the app and via info@tourniq.app for registered users. Temporary service interruptions outside Tourniq's direct control may occasionally occur due to third-party provider issues.
